This quick SOP shows you where to find the calls you’ve made in your Go High Level account and where to access the recordings.
- The first thing you need to do is head to your High Level sub-account. On your left-hand side menu, hover over “Reporting” and click on “Call Reporting”.
- Next, scroll down to see all calls made. Within each call, you’ll find a drop down arrow on the right-handside of the screen. Click on that arrow once to be able to view and listen to the recording, and click back to just view main call details.
