This quick SOP shows you where to find the calls you’ve made in your Go High Level account and where to access the recordings.

  1. The first thing you need to do is head to your High Level sub-account. On your left-hand side menu, hover over “Reporting” and click on “Call Reporting”. 
  1. Next, scroll down to see all calls made. Within each call, you’ll find a drop down arrow on the right-handside of the screen. Click on that arrow once to be able to view and listen to the recording, and click back to just view main call details.
