In this blog, we’ll learn how to customize your Go High Level funnel pages using Custom Values, so that when your leads or customers see the website, it gives a more personalized view and prompts customer action more easily.

  1. The first thing you need to do is simply log into your Go High Level account. Go into one of your sub-accounts. If you have not created any Custom Values at this point, you should do so now. (Settings → Custom Values). Make sure you’ve added a custom value before going on to the next step.
  1. Next, you can either go into the “Marketing” tab, under “Campaigns” to copy and paste a particular custom value, or you can do it directly from the “Custom Value” section in “Settings”.
  2. The next step is to go to “Funnels” or Funnel Builder, so you can begin adding the dynamic texts to your page. Click on “Edit Page” next to Preview, to begin editing your funnel.
  1. Once inside your funnel, you can begin adding custom values in areas where you could interact with your lead or customer. For example, we’ll use the Custom Value for “First Name”, written as: {{ custom_values.first_name }}.
  2. It could look something like this:

You can also add custom values into buttons, by going into “Elements” → “Add Element”.

Select the “Button” option, and on the left-hand side, you’ll be able to change the text within the button.

  1. Make sure to hit save before you preview the Funnel. Click on the back arrow to return to where your funnels are and click on “Preview” this time, next to “Edit Page”.

If the funnel is a “Thank You Page”, your lead/customer will be able to see their name after they fill in their information.

There we go! You can now see that custom values are allowed in both your funnel and buttons, so you can personalize your site as much as you need to or depending on your client’s desired customer journey.
